As a property development company we are always looking for land sales in most areas. We have cash funds available for Sites with or without planning permission.
We are able to complete any land sales within a couple of weeks and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any sites that you feel may be of interest.
Our company is looking for sites with planning for one to fifty units. We are very happy to pay agents if necessary in connection with any acquisition that we make.
We are particularly keen to locate sites that are not on the market and do not have a chequered history and will pay substantial fees to agents for such introductions.
